Navil Company is legally registered in the United States of America. All shipments are dispatched from our facilities in the United States to the addresses provided by our customers.

By placing an order, the customer consents to the use of the provided information (name, address, etc.) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the shipment through a courier service.

3. Courier Service:

We use a recognized and authorized courier service to carry out shipments from our warehouse in the United States to the final destination address.

Responsibility for Shipping Information:

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Transfer of Responsibility:

The company assumes responsibility for any delay, loss, or damage that may occur during transportation from the moment the package is handed over to the courier service until it arrives at the final address provided by the customer.

5. Tracking Number:

We will provide the customer with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status from its origin to its final destination.
